Jasmeen – Chapter Two

“Yeesss. That would be some sport. And a lone Legionaire should not be too much trouble. Perhaps he will lead us to a LifeGiver! Imagine the feeding! Shall we hunt brother?”
Demosin glided down from his perch. “yes, lets.”
“Well?” Demosin queried as he floated down from the back of the semi where he had been keeping watch. “Oh, I got something,” Jasmeen’s reply came out as a growl, as she stalked out of the maintenance shed. Demosin admired the way her cleavage danced under the moonlight with each step. “But he was not right. There was a taint… and I did not even partake.”
Jasmeen glanced at her brother, kept her eyes constantly moving, searching for a threat. Something was wrong.
“Dear sister,” Demosin chuckled, “you are just stressed from concentrating so much to get up here. You never did work so well with that part of our gift. That hick mechanic probably killed some girl who’s buried out here some where. Hmm, maybe a few. That’s the taint. Did he know anything that might fit in with a Legionaire befouling the area with his goodness?”
Jasmeen growled again, this time at her brothers light-headedness. Her dark eyes never stopped moving. “Two weeks ago a man saved a little boy from being hit by a rig here in the lot. Supposedly the guy has been hanging out up along a firebreak about four miles out studying tree fungus, of all things.”
Jasmeen began the concentration exercise that would allow her to travel with nightwinds. “That has to be our Legionaire either gathering some disgustingly valuable herbs for a Lifegiver, or tending to some whiny OldTree. Let’s go. Now.”
Demosin chuckled again, as he easily drew up the power to travel. “Thats my sis. Always gets her man, dead or alive.” The nightwinds took them.

Jasmeen – Chapter One

Jasmeen let the blood run down between her fingers as she twisted her hands before her face like an exotic dancer. Tiring of that little joy, she smeared her hand across her bare breast, the fresh blood leaving a crimson smear that made the cinnamon color of her nipple appear to run. She watched the last of the blood ooze from the neck of the body pinned to the wall in front of her as she addressed the other occupant of the room.
“These humans die so easily, Demosin,” she emphasised her point by poking her nail into the belly of the corpse before her, leaving a neat little hole that did not bleed.
“No – challenge, or, or thrill of the hunt and kill. This one took one look at my body and I could of killed him had I the human and he the LifeDrinker!”
She smiled as she turned to face her brother and saw that he was admiring her body and the blood that covered it.
“Would you like to lick some off, dear brother?” She arched her eyebrow as she stalked toward him, blood glistening on parts of her body, deepening the shadows on others.
“No, sis, I’ve had my fill, and you play too rough for me.”Demosin concentrated for a moment, and lifted himself up to a ledge that ran the length of the room, just out of easy reach of his sister. At least he hoped she did not feel like expending the effort to reach him. He quickly changed the subject. “Perhaps we should have followed up on those rumors of a Legionaire at that truck stop. That would have been a bit of sport.” His sister paused, in thought, unconsciously licking blood from her fingers.

Gothic Web Series Launches

Top of the morning to ya!!!
Blood Party has launched it’s very own Gothic Web Opera, officially posting the first “webisode” of Nocturnal on Blood Party over night (of course at night) on Saint Patrick’s Day.
Let’s toast; (holds a cold mug of Guinness) here’s one for the green. Now another toast for the eerie darkness that is enveloping the community within Nocturnal (toasts conducted using brand new “Nocturnal Mug” located in the Blood Party Emporium.
